Business Process Assessment Details

We will perform an onsite Business Process Assessment to define your organization’s current process flows and business automation needs. In addition, we will design a recommended solution to streamline these processes utilizing our best-in-class product portfolio.

Upon completion of the Business Process Assessment, ProConversions will provide a formal functional requirements document and corresponding Statement of Work that will contain the following:

• A narrative of the current business processes being automated
• A process flow diagram of the newly designed business processes
• A detailed list of project deliverables for the project's 1st phase
• A system diagram of required server architecture
• Project milestones based upon the date a purchase order is received
• A list of project assumptions, customer requirements and disclaimers
• Costs for services delivered in 1st phase of the project
• Summary of subsequent deliverables for future project phases

We will work closely with your organization to architect the initial project implementation to both optimize the targeted business processes and greatly reduce the labor and cost inefficiencies that currently exist.

The newly created assessment document will act as a blueprint for the business process solution and enable your organization to validate and cost justify moving forward with the project.
