Management TeamMichael Gaudino President
As the founder of ProConversions Corp., Michael leverages his 20 years of enterprise content management (ECM), business process management (BPM), sales & marketing, and entrepreneurship experience to effectively implement document capture, data classification and extraction, document management, and workflow solutions for clients throughout the Northeast.
Michael's extensive ECM expertise includes Kofax and ABBYY capture, IBM FileNet and EMC Application Xtender document management and workflow, Formatta and Mi-Co electronic forms, and Kodak and Fujitsu. His work with these solutions builds on his prior experience at Bell + Howell, Document Imaging Group (DocIGroup), BizTech, and Document Conversion Associates (DCA).
Prior to his work in the ECM industry, Michael was a top sales rep for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals after running a pizzeria for four years that he started following his graduation from Bryant University.
Richard Tamaro
Richard is the CEO of CASO Inc., a firm that has been helping its clients improve efficiencies, gain control of their records and save money through electronic content management solutions over the last fifteen years. These solutions range from providing scanning services to implementing document management systems to sophisticated workflows and e-forms. Richard focuses on providing the highest level of service and offering the best of class software solutions.
Prior to his current role with CASO as CEO and advising ProConversions, Richard worked for five years at Banc of America Securities (BAS) as Vice President of the Account Management Team. He also managed their broker dealer conversions and portfolio reconciliation departments. Richard spent eight years working for Citicorp Investment Services (CIS) as Vice President in the Operations and Surveillance Departments before his time with Banc of America Securities. Richard acquired his Series 4, 7, 8, 24 and 63 licenses at CIS.
On the weekends Richard and his wife, Lana enjoys activities such as waterskiing, basketball, or visiting the wine vineyards near his house on Long Island's North Fork. |
