Mobile "Bring Your Own Device" Assessment

BYOD Assessment Details

We will perform an onsite BYOD assessment to define your organization’s current mobile device plan and determine if your proprietary content is at risk or out of compliance with industry standards. In addition, we will design a BYOD plan and recommend a solution to bring your organization under compliance while utilizing our best-in-class product portfolio of Advanced Capture, Document Management, Workflow, Electronic Forms, Mobility, and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions across all four mobile environments: Android, Apple, Microsoft, and Blackberry.

Upon completion of the BYOD Assessment, ProConversions will provide a formal functional requirements document and corresponding statement of work that will contain the following:

• A narrative of the current BYOD Plan and state of your organizations compliance
• A process flow diagram of the newly designed BYOD plan and new business process
• A detailed list of project deliverables for the project's 1st phase
• A system diagram of the required server architecture
• Project milestones based upon the date a purchase order is received
• A list of project assumptions, customer requirements and disclaimers
• Costs for services delivered in phase 1 of the project
• Summary of subsequent deliverables for future project phases
